HELP I get a global name c is not defined after testing dbconnect / Flask Tut # 14

First Props for the most awesome flask tut out there.

I'm stuck testing my db connection through init. Hits the register page but falls back on return error. with the following output: global name 'c' is not defined. I've triple checked my code on both ends and don't see what I'm missing. c is defined. I will definitely kick my self in the head if its something right in front of my face. Please help.
